On July 23, 2024, Manchester City of England and Celtic FC of Scotland will play at Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill as part of the 2024 FC Series. The FC Series is a collection of friendly matches between top international soccer clubs. Last year, the FC Series hosted Chelsea's 5-0 Victory over Wrexham in front of a sold out crowd at Kenan.
